    I want to be able to add size’s to my products so that the customer can select on the product page what size to select the product in?

    I’ve done that I have changed it to a Variable product but I have now lost the option to input cost and also how does the end user select an item in a particular size for them to add it to the cart, there’s no option for the end user at the minute?

    Thankyou for that information, I am now trying to do a saver deal on my website, I have seen that there is a section for a grouped product however when chosen it doesn’t give the option of variables such as size and colour to the end user. Could you please advice me on how I would do a saver deal which consists of 3 different items in variable sizes.

      With the grouped product, It is a group of product, and it is different from the variable product,
      With the variable product, you can add attributes for that product such as size, weight, color…
      Currently, this plugin doesn’t support product that you want

    Also theres one more thing, my products are now sitting on top of each other even though I have my columns set too 2 on the page, it seems that there is some setting that is ranging them left that I can not change.

    You can insert CSS code in Theme Options >> CutomCSS
    .main-container .shop-products .item-col.first{clear:none;}

    Thankyou for that, also I’m now trying to change the colour of the header menu, I’ve tried adding some custom CSS but it’s still not changing to my desired colour, I’ve attached an image to give you an idea of what I want to achieve.

    Do you want the background in Primary Menu?
    You can add CSS code in Theme Options >> Custom CSS
    .home .header-container .header{background: #ccc;}
    ‘#ccc’ is hexa code of color that you want to set for it

    It still looks exactly the same as before! On the gloves and Headgear page the products are on top of each other instead of being side by side, Can you please actually fix this as my client is starting to grow really inpatient!

    We are having a timeout callout response when our users are trying to purchase items from the website, we have spoken to worldpay about this issue and with our hosting provider Godaddy, but they are both telling me that the issue is with the developers. I have put below error issue below.

    Can you please advice us on what we should do get this issue fixed.

    Hi guys

    So I have attached the screen shot of the e-mail showing the callback failure alert.

    Worldpay are saying this is a developer issue. I have also attached the the txt attachments which the e-mail had.

    when the user makes a purchase I get 1 email confirming the purchase with info on but no product info?

    Then I get another email listing the callback errors which is attached.

    That’s because you haven’t actually paid, you have only put the order with payment on delivery so their isn’t any transaction which is why your not getting the callback issue. I’m not asking you to make a payment on the website, that’s why I attached the e-mail and the txt file’s showing the error above!!

    This is starting to get a bit ridiculous, I just want this issue resolved! is there a contact number I can call so I can just voice my issues it would make things a hell of a lot easier.

    Hello Road Themes,

    We have now figured out the callback response issue it was due to the SSL, however still when a product is ordered I receive an e-mail showing confirmation of an order, but the order does not show the details of what items have been purchased? How would I go about resolving this?

    Hi Road Themes, Yes this is fine from the buyers perpsective, but from the seller’s perspective we  receive no information or notification via e-mail about which products have been purchased and where they are being shipped to.

    We are experiencing problems with our website, the issue is when a payment is being made we don’t receive any confirmation e-mail telling us what has been purchased and where the products need to be shipped to, Ideally when a payment has been made we want to receive an e-mail telling us that an order has been made, currently we are just receiving an e-mail from Worldpay telling us that an order has been placed but without any information regarding the particular order.

    Is this down to the fact the site admin is still roadthemes@gmail.com? If so I have tried to change this but I am not receiving any confirmation e-mail at info@titanboxing.com to confirm that this is our website.

    Everything else is now working with the site in terms of the callback failure which was due to the hosting not being on Cpanel.

    I’ve put below the details to log in to the website so you can sort this out for us.

    I have changed the settings in the e-mail settings for Woo Commerce but we are still not receiving e-mails from the Sellers perspective so we still don’t know what items have been ordered and where they are being sent to!!!!!!!!!! the buyer is receiving e-mails but nothing from the sellers perspective.

    I’m trying to add shipping details as well as Billing details for our customers as sometimes the shipping address is different to the billing.

    Secondly there seems to be some error code when someone checks out on the cart. Can you please take a look at this for me?
