Hi… well if you read the whole chat and resemble all the struggle we have had with you guys.. you may understand our frustration…. we are a team of web developers and we have been shopping at envato for years without a single problem regarding viruses, malware, trojans, or anything like it. we have always choose envato for that main reason!!!
Now we have lost almost a month dealing with you in the support chat.. and that is waisted and unpaid time!! for our client and for us, it is all wasted time!!!
your template has a lot of errors, and you guys know that clearly!!! your template has bugs and virus! and you guys know it!!! so please stop the excuses and the long chatting and get serious!! this is bussines for all of us! you, us, our client! and you guys are hurting our bussines since our client si really upset and ready to cancel the contract beacuse of the countless errors and the very serious virus problem..
So if you are really able to fix this for good then do it an please do it fast!! we have a metting with our client on saturday 3rd of november and thet meeting is final ither we provide the site ready to work or we are out !!!…
And if you are not able to fix your own product then please be respectful with our bussines and stop the chatting and the playing and tell us and give us a refund so we can buy another template and start over!!!
I think you guys understand our position! we can not loose any more time.. so if this is gonna work, make it work and if not, then give us our money back!
